I’m so glad you could drop in for a visit!
What’s your name? Where do you live? How old are you? I’ve never talked to anyone through a computer before. It’s fun after you get used to typing all the letters.
Did you read about any of my adventures? My bio-gaffer … I don’t know if that’s how to spell it … I mean my Uncle Eddie – oops – I should say Sir Ed Word, has written two books about me. The first one’s called OAKEE DOAKEE AND THE HATE WAVE, and the second one’s called OAKEE DOAKEE AND THE EGO BOMB, but you probably know that already. He’s going to write about another thing that happened to me, and call it OAKEE DOAKEE AND THE TIMELESS MACHINE, but I don’t know when.
Did you ever meet angels or any other heavenly people? I did! I don’t know why ’cause normally they don’t show themselves and I’m not even so special, but I just got lucky I guess. Well, I can feel that very sweet, cool, heavenly breeze coming out of my hands and the top of my head, can you? You definitely have angels looking after you, even if you don’t see them.
Anyway, my mom’s calling me for dinner, so, ‘bye – talk to you later, and
HAND! (Have A Nice Day)
love, Oakee
and HAND to you too, Oakee Doakee! 🙂

I am a teacher and a tutor at a boarding school (Bieberstein Castle, Germany) and I would like to recommend Oakee Doakee as a product of high educational value. I would like to ask parents and children to share that wonderful world of beautiful imagination and deep pure knowledge.

dear uncle Ed,
I’m 8 years old and I loved the book. I wish you could write a 10000000000000000000000 books. I’ m on chapter 21 on ” oakee doakee and the ego bomb” (my favorite part of the book is when Pillow steps on Tippy’s tail and then they argue!) I want to order oakee doakee and the hate wave but the online stores are out of stock. How can I get a copy of oakee doakee and the hate wave? When will your next book be out? I can’t wait to read it!!!

Dear Ed,
I liked the ego bomb book you made. My favorite thing in that book was when they met the gofers and rode on their backs.
I also read The Hate Wave. My favorite thing in that book was when the boy rid the elephant.
Those books were really good. I reckon you should make some more.
